Free Shipping Thresholds

Orders below these thresholds are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method selected.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. In total, please allow 1–2 business days for processing plus the applicable transit time below.

All domestic shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via tracked postal services or international couriers. Estimated transit times vary significantly by destination:

These are estimates only. International shipping times can be affected by customs processing, public holidays, and carrier conditions beyond our control.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Chemyo has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges, if any, may be applied.
Important: It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of the products you are ordering in your country before placing an order. Chemyo is not liable for packages seized, detained, or destroyed by customs authorities. We do not issue refunds for packages confiscated by customs.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to the following due to regulatory or carrier restrictions:
- PO Boxes for certain products (please use a physical address at checkout)
- Countries subject to US trade sanctions or embargoes
- Destinations where our products are explicitly prohibited by local law
If your order cannot be shipped to your destination, we will contact you within 1–2 business days of order placement to discuss alternatives or issue a full refund.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also use our Track Your Order page at any time.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and any building reception areas first, then contact your local post office with the tracking number. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at sales@chemyolabs.co within 7 days of the listed delivery date. For confirmed lost packages, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. See our full Refund and Returns Policy.
Packaging
All Chemyo orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no external indication of the contents. Products are packaged securely to prevent breakage during transit. Solutions are sealed with induction seals and packaged in padded envelopes or boxes as appropriate for order size.
